• Your email address when you sign up for our weekly tech tips
• Your name, email address, and any details you include when you contact us
• Messages or questions you send through the Harold AI chat
• Any other information you choose to share when contacting us

Information collected automatically:

• Technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as browser and device details

🛡️ Privacy Cleanup Beta

The Privacy Cleanup beta is a separate Tech 4 All service for organizing a privacy-cleanup request and sending asynchronous service updates. When you open a case, we collect your first name, email address, request category, optional general context, consent record, case reference, and service communications.

We never ask for passwords, MFA or one-time codes, recovery keys, payment card details, government IDs, health information, or account credentials. Please do not submit them. Tech 4 All will not ask you to provide them.

Privacy Cleanup case information is designed to be stored in a restricted-access, encrypted backend database—not in URLs, browser local storage, public files, or website analytics. Access is limited to authorized people and systems supporting the beta. We use the information to create and manage your case, send service updates, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell it, use it for targeted advertising, or add you to marketing without separate consent.

We retain an active case while it is needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it within 90 days after closure unless law requires longer retention. You may request deletion sooner by emailing harold@tech4all.xyz from the email associated with your case. Some minimal security or legal records may be retained where necessary.

💡 2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and service requests
• Communicate with you about the help you've requested
• Improve our website and services based on how people use them
• Send you occasional updates about Tech 4 All (only if you opt in)

We will never use your information for purposes other than what is listed above without your explicit consent.

🤝 3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited cases:

• Service providers: We use service providers needed to host and operate the website and Privacy Cleanup case system. They may process data only to provide those services, subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
• AI services: Messages sent through the Harold chat are processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic has its own privacy policy governing how they handle this data.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

🍪 4. Cookies & Analytics

We do not currently load Google Analytics or advertising pixels in this site package. Website hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Privacy Cleanup case details are not sent to analytics, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice to identify the tools and choices available to you.

🤖 5. AI Chat (Harold)

Our website features Harold, an AI-powered chat assistant built using Anthropic's Claude API. When you use the Harold chat:

• Your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers to generate responses
• We do not store your chat history on our own servers
• Please do not share sensitive personal information (like passwords or financial details) in the chat
• Anthropic's use of data is governed by their own Privacy Policy

The Harold chat is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

⚖️ 6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Know: You can request what personal information we have collected about you
• Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your personal information
• Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of the sale of your personal information (note: we do not sell personal information)
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at harold@tech4all.xyz and we will delete it promptly.
